Just one week ago our internet was turned on and the provider is Att. Of course the modem was having issues connecting so I spent an hour on the phone with one of their agents who walked me through fixing the problem (she was very helpful and kind). Exactly one week later, yesterday, out of know where our internet stops working. Adam wasn't feeling the greatest so I had to call to see what the problem was, after 90 mins of reseting the internet and modem about 30 times they finally say that it was turned off and gave us a different number to call.
I called today and after another 40 mins on the phone and switching between different agents (yeah, that means going over the same thing about 4 times) they tell me it is a problem that they cant talk to me about because I am not Adam, the account holder. They give me another number to call... a disconnected number and when I talk to another agent to get the correct phone number he basically tells me he has no idea why I need to call the fraud department bc it is a problem whit billing! After I explain that we have only had service a week and have no bills he has no idea and tells me to chat with them.
..After talking to billing she tells me to talk to tech support! It is a huge mess! Now they want me to set up an account of my own. really?? you think I want to set up anything with a company that is completely clueless!! UGH! Glad I am chatting on line instead of talking to an actual person, seeing how I blew up on the last person I talked to and yelled at him for a good 5 mins.. It made me feel very bad and I apologized after...
I hate how worked up this makes me! Adam has to call after work, hopefully someone at that company has a freaking clue what they are talking about!!! And we BETTER get a discount on this month or it for free or I will be even more ticked off!!!
oh man! I couldn't imagine how frustrating that must be! I am thinking it's time to switch providers?
